GYM co writed story

THE WARM UP

Chloe -

We started off by doing a warm up. Our instructions were that when the music played we had to jog around the big blue mat we were standing on. And when our instructors yelled “tummy” or “back” we had to fall to the ground and lay on whatever was said. This fun process carried on for about 10 minutes. THE BEAM
After the second rotation, my group went to the circuit with three beams and a “box top”. When me, Scott, and Alisha were on a beam, Scott jumped and slipped off the beam. He face planted on the ground and was left sprawled on the cold, polished wood floor. THE RINGS
William-
- Soon it was time to go on the rings.  We had to do skin-the-cat where you flip over backwards and then flip back over onto your feet.  It was really easy - I flipped over and it made me feel squished and I felt like a ball hanging by a thread.  When I flipped back it was even easier because you can push off with your feet and relax.   I saw one person do it really slow - that must have been hard! THE BARS
THE BARS
Nicole -

1st I skinned the cat and that’s when you hold onto to O rings and go into a back flip still holding and then you reveres. After that we
had to do a forwards flip on a metal bar I kept on landing so I was sitting. Then we had to
jump and stand straight then get on our knees and hands then we had to turn our head to
the side. Unfortunately after 4 rotations we had to go back to school. I can't wait till next
Thursday. AIR TRACK
As soon as I got into my group and when Nat finished showing us what to do, we got into it. As soon as soon as our group started we were on the Air Track!!! It started off good until the second time I went round, I of course failed. I was springing backwards and then i fell over onto the cold hard wood.
THE BOX HORSE
There was some ladders and you also have to pass this foam box thingy.
My buddy was Ben V and our high score was ¾ of the way.
Also it was funny because I chucked it at Ben V and I fell of the ladder.
and face planted. But I hurt my face really badly.
