I have encountered dead Whales before .Most people think they should do is get rid of it as soon as possible because it will soon start to decompose and stink.
In my opinon they should drag the whale out to sea then the other marine life can feed off it.You could wait till high tide then tie a very sturdy rope and attach it to a boat and tow it out to sea. But be warned it may blow up.
you could also bury he whale and later dig it up and use the bones for carving.Get it to a burrial site can be hard but it may blow up.
it is very sad when a whale dies however there is no way that is compltly but I think birring it or taking it out to sea would be the most human ways of desposing of a dead whale.
